Available throughout December, our festive menu will run alongside a small pub menu. Giving you complete flexibility, you can choose from either menu on the day of your visit. For tables of 13 people or more we would require a pre order.


SALMON GRAVALAX
beetroot cured salmon gravlax, rye bread, soured cream, cucumber and dill


PARTRIDGE
partridge breast, bread sauce, blackberry gel, confit partridge hash


OYSTER MUSHROOM
panko breaded oyster mushroom, confit garlic, parsley emulsion

Peakland White cheese and polenta beignets*, chives




ROAST TURKEY
turkey breast with sausage and cranberry stuffing, carrot purée, hasselback parsnip, duck fat roast potatoes, shredded sprouts, turkey gravy

slow cooked shin of beef, mashed potatoes, honey and fennel roast carrots, shredded sprouts, red wine jus, sauce vierge*


ROOT VEGETABLE TERRINE
butternut squash, carrot, parsnip and thyme layered terrine, carrot purée, hasselback parsnip, shredded sprout, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, madeira sauce


MONKFISH
gently spiced monkfish, curried aubergine, crispy noodles, coconut sauce
